THE PIE ADVANTAGE: (REAL) PEOPLE + INTELLIGENCE + LOCAL
Human expertise. Local intelligence. Exceptional execution.

Pie is the most well-connected, capable person you know — except it's a team, it's always available, and it gets better every time you use it.

The more you hand over, the greater the return. That's where the intelligence compounds. Decisions get faster. Recommendations get sharper. And over time, you spend less time explaining and more time getting things done.

Frequently asked questions
What counts as a quick request, and what counts as a task?
Arrow

Quick requests are straightforward actions with a clear outcome. Things like making a reservation, booking an appointment, placing a simple call, or following up on something you've already arranged. They're unlimited for both memberships.

Tasks require research, judgment, coordination or multiple steps. Finding the right specialist, planning a trip, sourcing a product, comparing options, or managing a project would count as a task.

The simplest way to think about it: if we can get it done quickly and directly, it's a quick request. If it requires us to investigate, problem solve, compare or coordinate, it's a task.

What if something needs a specialist?
Arrow

Most of the time, we handle it ourselves.

But some things are better handled by someone whose entire job is that thing. A wedding is a good example. We can't plan a wedding from A to Z, but we can take a huge amount of it off your plate.

For example, we can source and compare bridal ateliers, get availability, pricing and production timelines, coordinate appointments, find caterers and other vendors, and handle the research and coordination around them. We can even plan the travel around it, from the right hotel to your appointments and dinners.

When a request needs someone else to own the work, we find them for you. We source, vet and compare the options, then tell you who we'd choose.

We handle roughly 85% of complex projects ourselves. For the rest, you're still not left to figure it out alone.

How do I know I can trust Pie with my personal information?
Arrow

This is probably one of the most important questions you can ask.

We deal with people's calendars, travel, families, businesses, finances and sometimes very personal matters. So confidentiality is a fundamental part of the service.

Every member is covered by a confidentiality agreement. Your personal, medical and financial information never goes into any external AI tools. That's a hard rule our team works under, not a preference. And if you ever want your information gone, ask, and we'll delete it permanently.

Because ultimately, you have to trust the person handling your life. That's something we intend to earn, every day.

Why Pie instead of AI or a virtual assistant?
Arrow

Because getting it right requires knowing things the internet doesn't, and the work usually needs a phone call.

In MENA, the best of the market barely lives online. The excellent contractor with no website. The supplier your neighbor swears by. The doctor everyone books through a friend. This region runs on word of mouth, and word of mouth is the one thing a search can't index.

We tested leading AI tools against real requests in our market. They were reliable about 40% of the time, while sounding confident 100% of the time. AI gives you a list. It can't call a company, negotiate a refund, or be polite and firm at the same time. That still takes a human.

A freelance VA is human. But you're relying on one person's knowledge, availability and discretion. There's no team behind them, no operational infrastructure, and no real accountability layer.

Pie is built around something neither has: accumulated and ongoing human intelligence.

We hire for judgment, not just task execution. Your executive assistant is backed by specialists who know how to research, source, negotiate, coordinate and solve problems across different areas.

And our knowledge is always moving. Every request, every recommendation and every market we work in adds to what we know.

So when you ask us to find you something, you're not starting from the internet. You're starting from everything we've already learned.

And then we get it done.

Why wouldn't I just do these things myself?
Arrow

You can. That's actually how most people use Pie at first.

They'll send us something they could easily do themselves: find a restaurant, book an appointment, source a gift, chase an order.

But then you realize it's rarely just one task.

It's finding the right restaurant, checking that it actually works for the group, making the reservation, remembering to confirm it, and keeping it all moving.

None of those things are difficult. They're just things you have to remember.

That's really what Pie takes off your plate: the remembering, the researching, the arranging, the following up, and the getting it done.

It rarely stays small, either. Before long it's the office renovation, the family expenses, the team offsite that needs a venue and a plan.

On average, we save clients 16 to 20 hours a month. Hours that used to go to busy work, and now go to your business, your family, or the trip you kept putting off.

You just send it. We take it from there.

Who is Pie for?
Arrow

People who have more to do than they have time for.

Founders building companies. Executives with full calendars. Working parents carrying the invisible mental load. Professionals whose time is worth more than the tasks filling it.

The common thread isn't a job title. It's having enough on your plate to know that doing everything yourself isn't the best use of your time.

Are you only based in MENA?
Arrow

Not at all. Pie was built in MENA, and that's where our deepest local knowledge sits. Our members are in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kuwait City, Muscat, Riyadh and Jeddah. But we work wherever you do.

We plan trips anywhere, source internationally and handle requests in whatever city they land in. The team and the follow-through travel with you.

Travel is one of our biggest task categories: hotels, restaurants, activities, full itineraries. Knowing other cities isn't a stretch for us. It's a large part of the job.

Where you'll feel the difference is here. When a request touches the ground in MENA, we're not guessing. We already know who to call, what to question, and which answer to trust. This kind of knowledge is hard to build, and harder to replicate from the outside.

A global service can search MENA. We know the ground.

Are you a concierge or a travel agency?
Arrow

No. Pie is an executive assistant service.

Travel is absolutely part of what we do. We can plan the trip, find the right hotels, arrange the restaurants, coordinate the details and make sure everything runs smoothly while you're away.

But we're not built around priority access or hard-to-get reservations. That's a different business model. They sell access; we take work off your plate.

So if our price looks low compared with a concierge, it's because we're not one. And if access is all you're after, an access agency is the better fit.

Pie is built for more than your next trip. It's built for the things filling your life.

We hire year-round. Executive assistants, project managers, and operations specialists. Send your CV to .
